Unter der Leitung von Uwe Wendorf wurde sie Mitte 1990 als Zweigniederlassung eines bayerischen Dentallabors privatisiert. Am 111994 übernahm Uwe Wendorf das Labor in Eigenregie, das nunmehr 40 gutgeschulte und hochmotivierte Mitarbeiter zählt.
